The Fourth District Announces Limited Deployment to Aulari

With a recent rise in criminal activity in the Aulari constellation by several rival organizations that threaten their assets and activities, the Servant Sisters of Eve have petitioned the Chief Executive Panel for additional defense assets to be relocated to the area to deal with the menace. With recommendations from the CEP, the Sisters of Eve have turned to elements of the Fourth District for assistance to the Osmon star system.

Always looking to offer aid and support to State assets, the Fourth District has deployed a battleship squadron to interdict the movements of pirate factions.

"We actually deployed several weeks ago," says Lieutenant Junior Grade Nidia Masters, Commodore of the detached squadron, "but we were interrupted by a CONCORD-sanctioned war that those (expletive deleted) in the CEP were unwilling to have nullified, so we waited it out. Each of these battleships is worth as much as a cruiser squadron, so we are not going to deploy them with hostile capsuleers in the area"

Due to the hostile forces and their disposition being unknown, Commodore Masters cannot give a firm estimate to the operation's time frame other than "a couple of weeks".

"I have done these deployments before over the years and the ability to mas produce and train new ships and crews by groups like the Serpentis Corporation and the Angel Cartel frightens me, " she reports, "but our kind has the advantage of endurance. Attrition will overwhelm the enemy's war machine."

Commodore Masters has stated that the Fourth District's military presence will continue at a reduced rate for some time, and that the Servant Sisters of Eve have been contractually bound to a significant compensation scheme for deployed officers.

With additional private military contractors being deployed to the area by the Caldari State and the Sisters of Eve, criminal organizations will have a significantly more difficult time gaining a foothold so close to the Caldari core worlds.

Fourth District sends small task force to assess the call for aid from CONCORD.

Early morning on the 7th, the military command of CAIN and the alliance joint military command received a cluster wide call for aid. This message was received from a cluster wide transmission and relayed to Fourth District News Service.

"Yulai – CONCORD's request that capsuleers assist in an assault on high-priority targets has been amended with a warning of potential retribution from enemy combatants. "We have reason to believe that our assault on this threat to New Eden will be met not only with open hostility, but with a cold and calculated counterblow," said Kilkkuken Mallen, CONCORD representative. "There are powers at work here that do not have the best interest of New Eden at heart, and they are gathering their forces as we speak. We fear we will have to deal with considerably greater opposition than originally expected, so we implore capsuleers yet again to side with the forces of all that is right and just - and, again, leave all the cleaning up to us."

Due to the extend of the operation it was decided from the joint chiefs of the military council that the alliance would send a small task force to assess or if possible assist in the attack. Fourth forces travelled to the solar system of Sarum prime were a Amarr and Caldari fleet was assembled. The initial report form the task force command showed that the cooperation between capsuleers and the different Empire Navies was hard and no clear commands was given.

"I have no idea what went wrong but it is clear that the navies might have not fully understand the power that capsuleer alliance hold in their systems. They would never have done what they did without proper preparations otherwise." - Commander Demion Samenel

The combine fleet of Amarr and State fleet proceeded to the target system, now with a large fleet of capsuleer pilots. The Capsuleer fleet came to a hold in the system of Doril were Razor alliance was waited with heavy attack cruisers and warp disrupting bubbles around the "in-gate" of Doril. "Its was a massacre" the reports states from the Fourth District task force.

"We were not able to jump into system and proceed with our assessment and so were not able to assist any further". Commander Demion Samenel, Head Diplomat from CAIN tells the District News Service.

"Acting Fleet commander Nidia Masters did a good decision to halt our progress beyond the star gate of Doril before we proceed. Lieutenant Turleus did however jump in as he was in a Recon ship and gave a assessment and a first hand witness to the brutal decimation of the capsuleer fleet." "It must be handled much better then this if a large fleet operation would ever to succeed against a much more prepared Razor Alliance, who got the same cluster-wide broadcast as the main fleet did" - Commander Samenel

We are still waiting for a official report from the 4 empires on the failure of the operation, as the criminal organisation managed to destroy the targets before the main fleet. But much is still unclear so we have to wait and see what is the official report, if all is included there...

Caldari Independent Navy Reserve sends capsuleers to Black Rise Region

BREAKING NEWS: HETH’S SHIP SPOTTED IN BLACK RISE

Okagaiken – Ships whose transponder callsigns match those of Tibus Heth and other Provist loyalists who'd escaped the Haatomo siege were detected in the Okagaiken system of Black Rise's Urpiken constellation. the Caldari Navy has reported. The Navy immediately scrambled a task force to intercept Heth's ship, but they were unable to locate any trace of it after a 24-hour search.
The Navy has deployed further forces to Urpiken in an effort to track down Heth, but Federal Defence Union occupation of several systems in the constellation have hampered efforts. The Navy has urged Caldari loyalists to be diligent and immediately report any sightings of Heth or ships piloted by members of the Templis Dragonaurs.

Yesterday the Diplomatic office of Fourth District received, in a cluster wide broadcast, news of former KK CEO Tibus Heth was spotted in the Black Region. The military command of CAIN did immediately send a small task force to assist in the search, again offer its assistance to the Caldari Navy. 

District News cannot get any more details on the movment of the allinace forces due to its "opsec" status. But we hope to bring you more information in the coming days.

The Fourth District held a naming ceremony of its newly build Avatar class Titan.

Fourth District News Service has recently been allowed information about a project that has been under strict military control for the last few months. And its just minutes before a alliance wide information release from the alliance council and the alliance military advisory board was issued.

"For the last months different parties have helped us to build a Fourth District Titan, it is the first ever created for the alliance, and it shows us what dedication and hard work can accomplished if we put our minds to it. The Titan will serve the alliance in its needs and also in extend so the State. It will serve us to defend our space and to be a beacon of our dedication to our cause and the Caldari people. We are here to created a place were values of our State can endure and prosper and were new ventures can be created and develop. Lets make this day our day, and let this Titan serve as that beacon that gives us the direction to keep on improving our self "   

The military advisory board also stated that "The CSAA that was attacked by NC. last month was also the one that held the unfinished structure of the Titan. It was in its last phase of completion, but there was a very high risk that continued attacks would have damage the structure to such extent that we could have lost our investment. We are very happy that was not the case here"

And just few days ago a naming ceremony was held in the District to give the Titan class its name. a few members was invited and the location was kept secret up until the last moment. A short speech was held by alliance executor Trony and all in all the ceremony was short due to security reasons. Finally after the alliance executors speech he announced the name for the Titan C.N.R Jenova.

After the ceremony the Titan jumped out and into its holding area which is not open to public knowledge and under strict control from the alliance council and the alliance military advisory board.

Finally we in Fourth District News Service welcome C.N.R Jenova to active duty with The Fourth District.

Fourth District will be entering this year Alliance Tournament.

This has just been announced that Fourth District has been accepted in the yearly recurring alliance fleet tournament for capsuleers all over New Eden. This is the 11th year in a row, that the secretive CCP Alliance host the tournament  in a secluded area of space. 64 alliances will be going head to head in a large arena set up in space, in combat fleets with 12 pilots each, and much is heading to a realy exiting event.

4TH will  not be the only allinace from Providence that is participating in this years tournament, both CVA and Of Sound Mind will be entering the tournament to, best of luck to them!

"We are looking forward to this years tournament, we have a great team this year and everyone is putting everything into this years training" the team captain told District News.

4TH Districts first match will be on the 20th of July against Perihelion Alliance.

Heavy fighting in Haatomo system between Templis Dragonaurs and Navy forces

Later in the evening on the 18th the office of Diplomatic relations from Fourth District intercepted a cluster wide broadcast 

"SCOPE BREAKING NEWS - Reports of sporadic gunfire on board Haatomo VII - Moon 3 station after Caldari armed forces assault sieged hangar."

 Caldari Independent Navy reserve responded by sending task force from the District and meet up in Haatomo solar system with the observer team from 4TH District. 

The task force under the command of Admiral Ladel Teravada arrived shortly with a fleet Caldari attack battlecruiser "Naga" class with "Vulture" class command support. The fleet warp in at close range from Caldari Construction undock were 4th task force hold position. 

Shortly after, the stations communication system started to broadcast and Dragonaurs terrorist Tolen Kirachi spoke to the fleet outside.  Heavy gunfire could be heard in the background from the interior of the station that muffled hist broadcast.

Tolen Kirakachi > You guys think you can burst us open like that? You can break a few men, but you can't break our ideals, pigs.

Suddenly a capital fleet with Templis Dragonaurs markings undocked and tried to clear the area outside from capsuleer presence Chimera and Phoenix class carriers and dreadnoughts was now sitting just outside the station. Order from caldari Navy was given to keep the caprial fleet from escaping and order to open fire was received from 4TH task force commander Adm.Ladel Teravade.

Most of the Dragonaurs fleet had to be taken out before the Caldari Navy force could undock from the station. One after one, the terrorist fleet lost their capitals from the massive damage of capsuleer piloted battleships and battlecruisers and when the undock was clear the allowed the Navy to undock, the fate of the provist supported fleet was sealed. Not long after a neutral flagged navy raven class battleship undocked and succeeded to escape from the blockade. This was no other than Dragonaurs commander Tolen Kirakachi, when this was positive confirmed from Navy commander Tano that he was missing from the station and had escaped, orders from Navy commander Tolen was broadcasted.

CAIN´s Navy intelligence contacts around the State succeeded in locate him in the system of Otsasai  This was directly sent to the Navy Cmdr.Tano.

After that the hostile capital fleet was destroyed, DED officer Odo Korachi entered system to assess the situation, and a discussion on open comms could be received by the gathered capsuleer forces.

Odo Korachi > Excellent work. The Directive Enforcement Department has listening posts open for the Raven class that just departed. 

Odo Korachi > We have just received notification that Tibus Heth is branded as wanted by the Caldari State. If he's on board, he's yours. If we come by him, he'll be turned in as per Article 9.

When this was received 4th District task force immediately went to the target system of Otsasai, and at this point is even seemed that Tibus Heth was onboard the fugitive Tolen´s ship. But no positive confirmation from Caldari Navy command could be obtained, one things was clear however, Tibus Heth was not onboard the station when the dust had settled.

 In Jan solar system, 4TH District forces meet resistance from pirate capsuleers that stopped 4TH forces progress into Otsasai system, this was enough for Tolen to hide inside Otsasai system. After a few hours of search, orders came from task force commander Teravada to stand down for now and continue our search later.

Terrorist Tolen Kirakachi and presumably Tibus Heth is hiding for now, but they will surface soon, its only a matter of time. Which is nothing for an capsuleer.

Heth sieging Haatomo station, CAIN sends observers.

Former State executor Tibus Heth has barricaded himself inside the Caldari Constructions station around Haatomo VII. This has comes after days of development within the State after the death of Visera Yanala and Tibus Heth leaving the scene of an enquiry from the CEP. And ended with him leading a group of Templis Dragonaurs and seizing the station on the 10th of June. Initial there was no clear reason for his move and no one from the CEP or Caldari Navy could give District News any good explanations. There was just wait. When the siege entered its second day, news came from the the Navy that the situation had been "contanied" Also, news came from the Chief Executive Panel that Heth operated without the orders from the CEP. Making this a unauthorized military attempt, and is seen as an terrorist action. According to the Fourth District diplomatic office, personnel was sent out to "keep an eye on things and keep an open link to the CEP and Navy". Later on the 10th of June, two officers from Caldari Independent Navy Reserve intercepted an increasing military build up around the station. Admiral Ladel Teravada and Lieutenant Turleus told District News that the Navy had blockaded the station with capitals and made sure that no one from the terrorists left the area. According to intel, Heth and his Templis Dragonaurs have around 70 vessels inside the station, which most are capitals.

The situation was under control of the Caldari navy and CAIN was only there as an observer, as Lieutenant Turelus told District News, "we offered our support to the Navy if things would turn for the worse"

 The blockade was successful from the Navy standpoint and a greater crisis could be avoided thanks to the CN. Local chatter that was intercepted did however contain both pro-Heth and anti-Heth support. Much that not do any good for the event at hand. Admiral Teravada did try to talk the local chatter down without greater success.

 These action has resulted in a statement from the CEP removing Tibus Heth from the position as State Executor. CEP is calling him  “the leader of a terrorist insurgency against the Caldari State” This has made the terrorist to make a tighter grip on the station, and they have according to Navy command in system "dug them self in deeper". CAIN has still observers in system and Commander Demion Samenel has left The District to be in system if things heat up. "We have been in contact with both CEP and Caldari Navy and we have an open link if our support is needed" Demion told District News Service.

Fourth District at Fanfest

23/4 Arrival day!

Today most of the members arrived to Iceland. Serandra, Svetlana and Calder DK was first on spot arriving either the day before or early in the morning. Ladel Teravada arrived next raging at the great service that the airport bus provided. Later in the day rest of the team arrived, Demion, Saiva, Alexande, Turleus, Sillanda, Trony, Marcus Griffin and last, Ubuntu CEO Jessica Danikov the only member outside CAIN that had the opportunity to join the District on Iceland. Only Horgaasht did not arrive this day but will join up with the rest of 4TH tomorrow.

Right after all arrived at the guesthouse, which I might add has a very good central position on Laugavegur central Reykjavik few minutes walk from the Harpa concert hall,  CAIN hoodies was given out to the members of CAIN who did not own one, and all looking awesome. In waiting of Jessica Danikov who stayed a short walk from the house beers were consumed and restaurant was booked for the first evening out. Steak, horse lamb steaks was ordered, wine beer by the liter was consumed. And the night finished off by making sure the presentation for the alliance panel was in order.

On the 2nd of April the CINC (Caldari Independent Navy Command) was contacted by the Navy and by CEP regarding a SuVee asset transport to Caldari Prime. According to the Navy it was military material that’s was being used in the war effort but this was contradicted by the CEP saying it was for the relief effort of those affected by the battle of Caldari Prime. 

Capsuleer pilots of Fourth District were asked by the military command of CAIN to put themselves on standby if things got out of hand. When time showed that it might be a clash between State Navy forces and corporate forces, orders was given to the District stand by fleet to move the fleet to Yashunen solar system and join up with commanders of CAIN. Initial things seemed to go uneventful until to the Navy ships that entered the system showed not and Navy ID identification number, but a Templis Dragonaurs ID, Executors Heths "personal army" and known terrorist group. They made a blockade of the station and forced the freighters of SuVee to stay docked. When a diplomatic solution couldn’t be reach, which is not surprising when it come to the Templis Draganours, orders was given to open fire on the Dragonaurs piloted Navy Raven ships. When the docking port was cleared, SuVee freighter undocked and was escorted by Fourth District and other capsuleer forces to Caldari Prime.

The Fourth District will continue its support of the Chief Executive Panel, and continue to lend its assistance to any of the corporate security forces that whishes to secure there assets. Executor Heths use of a known terrorist group shows the lack of confidence that the CEP have for the Executor. 

And later today 13th of April, Executor Tibus Heth made a public speech to a provist loyal crowd, condemning the action of Ishukone and SuVee past weeks.

Fourth District lends its assistance to the Chief Executive Panel

Late last night, a fleet from Fourth District under the command of Caldari Independent Navy Reserve left The District to Malkalen solar system, to give its support to the Chief Executive Panel, who had been contacted earlier by the Isukone Corporation for an humanitarian mission to Caldari Prime. The goal was to escort 4 Rhea freighters to the system of Luminaire, were it would be contacted and escorted at the border by the Federation Navy. 

Fourth District fleet took every precaution, and moved a fleet of 26 capsuleer pilots. Attack battle cruisers and logistics with recon ECM and warp disruptor recon ships made up the Fourth escort group. Acting Fleet Commander Nidia Masters was coordinating with other capsuleer organizations to make sure that the route was coordinated and as efficient as possible, this included also Federation capsuleer presence whom had been contacted by its government to lend its support for the escort. These were the same capsuleers that lend its support to shot down the Caldari titan last Friday. Words from the commanding officers of CAIN, the talk was short and to the point, with very little small talk. This was no pleasure cruise, it was a mission to secure that aid could come to those affected but the devastating crash of the titan. 

The escort was not without incidents, closing in midways to Luminaire, Ishukone got information of a ambush of a Goonswarm terrorist group in Uedama solar system. That triggered both Gallente and State loyal forces, scouts reported the systems gates clear, but a long waiting for Intel from Ishukone made many nervous. Finally orders came from acting Fleet Commander Nidia Masters that District fleet would head without delay to Seyllin system, and to clear out and hold that system to any cost. The rhea freighters jumped then to the gate that Fourth District forces was guarding and continued to Luminaire. In Luminaire Federation Navy took control of the freighters and continued to escort it to station. Many of the CAIN pilots did not stay for long in Federation space. Many have fought a long war with the Federation and are considered criminals due to that. Federation Navy, did take down Falcon pilot "Lord" Shrewsberry. But because of the nature of his mission to Federation controlled  space not was with hostile intent, he was released short after.   

The Caldari Independent Navy Reserve, was happy to lend it support to the Chief Executive Panel, and hopes this will foster continued good relations with the State and the CEP.

The Aftermath

After the dust settles, after days of clashes between Caldari and Federation ground force around the city of Arcurio there is a chilling silence. From space one can gaze upon the tremendous devastation that former Leviathan class titan has inflicted on the ground of Caldari Prime. A silence swept true the State when many asked themselves what will happens next? The silence was dwarfed in comparison to the cheering of Gallente federation citizen that celebrated the destruction of the Titan. Only after a few days the silence was broken and Ishukone Corporation the initiative and open negotiation with the Federation senate, to be allowed to send supplies to the Caldari on the planet. 

The Fight for Caldari Prime

It has been confirmed both by The Fourth District observers and 4TH combat task force in Luminaire that the Leviathan class titan Shiigeru in orbit of Caldari prime has been destroyed. Right after the incident which sparked the battle around Caldari prime, cluster wide news broadcast was intercepted.

"BREAKING NEWS – It has been confirmed in the last ten minutes that a large section of the Shiigeru’ssuperstructure has made impact with the southern tip of the Kaalakiota mountain range, approximately 700 kilometers west of the city of Arcurio.

All contact has been lost with the surface of Caldari Prime for the third time today, after an electromagnetic surge caused by the impact destroyed communications equipment and additionally destabilized the shields of several vessels in low orbit.

The last holoreel recordings to be transmitted from the surface display a superheated trail of burning wreckage thousands of kilometers in length that tore across the sky above Arcurio. Reports coming in from the surface of the planet at the time suggested the remains of the Shiigeru had begun to break up before impact, with the concussion wave as it passed over the city causing widespread cosmetic damage to most structures, and the collapse of several high-rise buildings in the central business district.

The situation on the surface of Caldari Prime remains unclear at present, due to massive atmospheric distortion and a dust cloud that covers several hundred thousand square kilometers, obscuring the entire city of Arcurio and most of the southern Kaalakiota Mountains.

Both CONCORD and Federation Navy Commander Anteson Ranchel have issued orders against any vessels attempting an approach on Caldari Prime. The office of press for the Federation Navy has declared Caldari Prime a Federal disaster zone as the battle for orbital superiority continues."

According to our Navy sources STPRO soldiers is still fighting on the ground in the outskirts of the city of Arcurio, no official rapports has been made about its progress as no communication exist with the surface. 

The Fourth District had earlier been aware of an escalating tension in Luminaire system. A small team of observers was sent to the system to assess the situation and make contact with any Navy command present. As time grow orders was given to also send a small Districts force, primary Naga battle cruisers with support. It was clear that in the afternoon a diplomatic solution was out of the airlock, when Titan pilot Visera Yalana open fire on a DED vessel. 

Many thoughts will go this day to the people on the planet. No comments has been issued from the Fourth leadership or its diplomatic staff on what will happen after the fighting settled. It might be too early to tell as fighting is still ongoing.
