District News Service as just received the first glimpse of the massive titan hull that now occupy the Fourth space. This is the newest edition to the fleet and will together Forth forces provide much needed security and tactical advancement. This titan was not received with the same official greeting due to the constant treats from Hero coalition and movement not far from Fourth space. Nevertheless its effort to be constructed did not go unnoticed within the solar system when it made it safely to its secure location. The effort of its construction was made possible with months of preparation and work and it stand today as a reminder of people that made it possible.

We congratulate Fourth District and its members and welcome CNR Highwind to the fleet.

Renegade Collective join The Fourth District

The newest member to The Fourth District is the Renegade Collective [RNGCO] a small PVP corporation that has been welcomed in to the alliance. They have already shown to be a good edition to the alliance and we hope that this will continue and together build a good working force for 4TH as they mainly occupy the US timezone.

Over a year ago we The Fourth District assisted the Caldari Navy with military aid during the conflict that lead up to the destruction of the Navy Titan Shiigeru, we did what we could do to defend the Titan and was drawn into a conflict that could escalate into a full blown war. But it didn't, Ishukone Corporation took the opportunity to provide aid to rebuild the damaged planet. And quit recently in the news the city of Arcurio is under the administration of Ishukone. We have pledge to defend the Caldari way of life where we can and this was a call from the State Navy and the CEP, which we responded to. That is way we now have decided to award those of CAIN that have made an active and honorable contribution to this organization and during the one week deplyoment.

For their honorable military service in the defense of the Navy Titan Shiigeru over Caldari Prime, and for the defense of relief efforts from Ishukone Corporation to Caldari Prime between the dates 115.3.22 - 115.2.29, following officers will be rewarded the Caldari Prime Defense Ribbon.

CAIN is handing out Providence Campaign Medal to its members.

In a open correspondence to the officers of Caldari Independent Navy Reserve it was made public that many of the corporations pilots will receive reignition for their accomplishment over last years here in Providence. Spokesperson from CAIN Demion Samenel sums it up in a few words.

 "It has not been without difficulties of course to turn this hinterland of null-sec into something more is a hard task, but it has not been achieved without the daily efforts of our pilots, we will continue to support anyone that wishes to make a mark for themselves in the District"

In just a few days, we will be celebrating our third year here in Providence; on YC 113.6.21, we took control of the I-MGAB station and soon after, the entire constellation, establishing an outpost of the Caldari State and its values here in the hinterlands of nullsec. Since that time, we have worked closely with the other Holders and inhabitants of the region, and on many occasions we have show that we are one of the lynchpins of Providence defense. In recognition of your accomplishments, the CINC of CAIN has ordered the issuance of a Providence Campaign Medal to those of you who have been an active part of the development of the Fourth District during our time here.
 

The criteria and recipients are as follows:

The Providence Campaign Medal shall be awarded to those who have served the Fourth District and been an active participant in the defense of friendly assets in the Providence theatre. In order to be awarded this medal, a recipient must:
 

* Have served in the Caldari Independent Navy Reserve within the Providence theatre of operations for more than 365 consecutive days or a total of 730 nonconsecutive days, for no single period less than 180 days.
 

* Have participated in the defense of Fourth District sovereignty in either the defense of 3D-CQU against the Scapegoats in YC 113 or the allied defense operation of the super capital shipyard in I-MGAB in YC 115, or in any similar defense operation in the future.

The Fourth District Announces Limited Deployment to Aulari

With a recent rise in criminal activity in the Aulari constellation by several rival organizations that threaten their assets and activities, the Servant Sisters of Eve have petitioned the Chief Executive Panel for additional defense assets to be relocated to the area to deal with the menace. With recommendations from the CEP, the Sisters of Eve have turned to elements of the Fourth District for assistance to the Osmon star system.

Always looking to offer aid and support to State assets, the Fourth District has deployed a battleship squadron to interdict the movements of pirate factions.

"We actually deployed several weeks ago," says Lieutenant Junior Grade Nidia Masters, Commodore of the detached squadron, "but we were interrupted by a CONCORD-sanctioned war that those (expletive deleted) in the CEP were unwilling to have nullified, so we waited it out. Each of these battleships is worth as much as a cruiser squadron, so we are not going to deploy them with hostile capsuleers in the area"

Due to the hostile forces and their disposition being unknown, Commodore Masters cannot give a firm estimate to the operation's time frame other than "a couple of weeks".

"I have done these deployments before over the years and the ability to mas produce and train new ships and crews by groups like the Serpentis Corporation and the Angel Cartel frightens me, " she reports, "but our kind has the advantage of endurance. Attrition will overwhelm the enemy's war machine."

Commodore Masters has stated that the Fourth District's military presence will continue at a reduced rate for some time, and that the Servant Sisters of Eve have been contractually bound to a significant compensation scheme for deployed officers.

With additional private military contractors being deployed to the area by the Caldari State and the Sisters of Eve, criminal organizations will have a significantly more difficult time gaining a foothold so close to the Caldari core worlds.

Announcment: Commander Demion Samenel new alliance Head Diplomat.

Below is the public statement from Fourth District Alliance Executor Trony, which sent out this statment from the Allied council just a day ago. This has now been granted permission to be made public to the rest of the cluster.

"As of today [115.12.16] we are announcing a change of leadership within the alliance. Admiral Ladel Teravada, who has served with distinction along side me in the allied council, will be stepping down in his responsibilities as its diplomat and second in command of the alliance. The reason for this is that we are in the process of reconstruction of our allied forces and Admiral Teravada will be focusing in the area as its alliance main Fleet commander, a position he has held for many years before. He will in his position be in charge of Fourth District all military capabilities and make sure that we are up to our continuing defense of Fourth District infrastructures and investments in the region of Providence. Admiral Teravada will also be military liaison to the rest of Providence military high command and coordinate any military effort that might be required. The capsuleer that will be replacing him as Alliance Head Diplomat and second in command is Commander Demion Samenel, who has for many years served in CAIN as its Diplomat. He will take over the administration work as second in command and also be the one in charge of the public relation and diplomatic work as executor for the Department of Foreign Affairs. So without any further notice I would like to welcome our new Head Diplomat and alliance second in command"

This was a few days ago and it seems that our new second in command is settling himself in nicely. We are waiting for a statement from the Department of Foreign Affairs and a personal note from our new Alliance Head Diplomat in the coming days, so stay tuned.

Roinnag Alba leaves Fourth District

It was a brief but non the less fun time with the crew of Roinnag Alba corporation. As of yesterday Roinnag Alba left the Fourth District alliance after just one month of service.
The left the NC. with a hope to recoup from years of null-sec politics and constant CTA´s (Call to Arms), they joined the Fourth District in a hope to find small scale warfare and tactics.
But by the time the joined and just had settled in with their own infrastructure, old friend resurfaced and old times was remembered as Triumvirate. was brought to life. This was maybe a sign that were looking for and so they left to join in with their old comrades.

Greetings

As the recent turmoil between the various political and megacorporate factions in the State increases, The Fourth District [4TH] remains committed to its cluster-wide support of Caldari culture and values.

4TH does not support the violations of corporate sovereignty perpetrated by the CPD and KK's current CEO during the past several weeks. However, 4TH continues to offer support to the Caldari Navy or any of the eight corporate security forces who seek it out.

When operating in the State, 4TH forces are authorized to engage clear enemies of the State such as Federation forces, Guristas, Angel Cartel or other associated forces. 4TH forces will continue to work with Caldari Navy forces to insure safety for its people. However, when a political or business conflict arises between two State corporations or its strongest allies, 4TH will not interfere in inter-corporate politics between the State's megacorporations. Any 4TH corporations seeking to become involved in the intra-State turmoil, must leave 4TH to pursue that political agenda, but are welcome to continue maintaining a presence in the District.

4TH's focus continues to be development of The District in Providence, a Caldari enclave in Providence region, for the benefit of all Caldari seeking to venture outside CONCORD-maintained space. Those interested in developing The District should contact the diplomatic staff for further information about how they can contribute to its development.

The Fourth District will continue to follow the development in the State closely and will maintain an open channel with the Navy and the State.
